Active Diagnostics
- Visual diagnostics enables merchants to identify operational problems quickly, minimising downtime.
- Two-way remote session performs diagnostics including checks of system processing for normal operation, individual device testing and analysis of diagnostic log files. Our cashPod operating vendor can then rectify problems remotely or dispatch an engineer to your location with the information and parts needed for repair. This reduces service fees and lost revenue due to down time.

Cash Dispensing

- New advanced high-speed friction cash dispenser mechanism (seven notes per second) minimises disputes or cash jams.
- Two large capacity currency cassettes (each standard cassette holds 1,000 notes. Options include upgrading cassette size to hold 2,000 notes with or without lockable steel casing).
